Prepare the Package: Carefully pack the item along with its original packaging and all accessories (such as tags, instructions, etc.). Please ensure the package will not be damaged during transportation.

Return Address: Send the returned item to the designated address as instructed by customer service.

Keep Tracking Information: To ensure successful receipt, please keep the tracking number of your returned package to track its status if necessary.

Exchange Policy: For exchanges, please follow the return process described above. Upon receiving your returned item, we will process your exchange request and resend the item according to your requirements.
